Creston Map

Creston is a small community located in the Kootenay region of southeastern British Columbia, situated in the Arrow Lakes valley near the Canada–United States border. With a population of approximately 5,400, the town serves as a regional centre for the surrounding agricultural and forestry areas. The community is positioned along Highway 3, which connects it to larger centres such as Nelson and Castlegar.

The area surrounding Creston is known for its fruit farming, particularly apples and other tree fruits, which have been cultivated in the valley for over a century.
